Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your samples didn't arrive promptly. This delay in your samples reaching you will be due to the national postal strikes that have caused big delays within the postal network. All samples are sent out first class the same working day they are ordered if ordered before 4pm, or the next working day and I can confirm your samples were sent, but I apologise that they were delayed through means outside of our control.
