Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that the delivery didn't take place on the day you expected, but, as clarified in our phone conversation, you paid for Same Day Priority Dispatch which is not a guaranteed Next Day Delivery service. Yes, most often they are delivered the next working day, but this is not something we can promise, nor do we promise this. Your order was made and dispatched on the day you placed the order, but delivery was delayed due to the courier. We kept you updated on this delay, and you then changed the delivery address. Unfortunately, this looks to have been too late to change and the order was delivered the next working day to the original delivery address. We are currently working with the courier to collect and redeliver your order, and we will update you as and when we have information, but your unreasonable expectation for guaranteed next-day delivery doesn't warrant a poor review, considering your previous 9 orders with us have all been delivered without any issues or delay.

Thank you for your kind review! Some blinds of certain sizes will require a join in the fabric, but this will depend on the size, the type of blind and the type of fabric. We recommend any customers who may be concerned about a join to get in touch with their sizes before ordering so we can let you know if there would be a join or not.

Thank you for your review. I have looked at our email correspondence and I can see no mention of the fabric being marked. We’re unable to address any issues that we’re not made aware of and urge customers to inform us of any problems right away. I can see from our discussions we established that the blind had been made correctly, but the window is unfortunately an unusual and non-standard design. It has a very small gasket and the frame is also very small between the window and the recess wall. We can’t make the blind so that the fabric fills the recess as it won’t fit once we add the brackets, mechanism and pin end. Therefore, the fabric for our standard roller blinds will always be 4cm less than the given width. The fabric you ordered is classed as solar reflective due to the white backing of the blackout fabric. White is more reflective than dark colours, and so the fabric is less inclined to absorb heat and light. With regards to your comment about the fabric getting sucked out when you open the window, I’m sorry but there is nothing any blind manufacturer can do to stop this happening to a standard roller blind. The fabric will be sucked out of the window if the blind is down and the window is open and there is a draft, this is common for all windows and window blinds and is something we cannot prevent. Our recommendation to purchase a cassette system instead of a standard roller blind came in response to your requirement for the blind to fill the full window space for total blackout. A cassette blind has a headbox and side channels, which essentially seal off the window fully. Overall, from our correspondence you have not been ‘cheated and ignored’, we have addressed every concern listed in your email and responded to you within hours of you emailing us. However, if you feel you wish to discuss this further please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to provide further guidance.
