I would recommend DotcomBlinds as the product and service is great. The blinds are easy to put up and also long as you follow the measuring guide you can't go far wrong.

Quality blinds at a good price

Made a mistake with measurements and phoned customer services and was told blinds were make and shipped fair enough I thought until a full week later and still no blinds arrived and received a online...

Hi there, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you notified us of your error too late, the order had been made and dispatched. The longest part of the lead time for these blinds is the transportation, and so whilst it had been made, it took a short while to get through the courier's network. Nothing untoward occurred, and we gave you all of the information that we had available to us.

It’s been thirteen days and the curtains haven’t arrived. It took 12 days for them to be shipped and with no expected arrival date

Your order was dispatched on the 21st and you were sent tracking information in that email, and this information will update as the courier scans the parcel through their network. We encourage all customers to take note of the lead times to avoid any disappointment.
