We are very pleased to hear you're happy with your new blind. Thank you for your feedback; the remotes are purchased separately as there is more than one to choose from according to your needs. Although there is a box that appears at the checkout notifying customers to order their remote of choice, we are always happy to hear feedback in order to make improvements and will be adding this information to more sections of the website. I can see that after ordering the incorrect remote control for your blind, you were refunded straight away and the correct remote was ordered for you the same day. The installation instructions are available for immediate download on the website at any time; they can be found under the 'How To Install' tab.
