Hi there, sorry to hear you're having issues with the delivery of your order. I have contacted you directly about this case. Sometimes there is a delay for redelivery when a courier firm is unable to deliver the first time, and I believe this has led to the delay. Unfortunately, we aren't notified of redeliveries until the courier company have attempted too many times and return the item to us, so we were unaware of any issues until now. However, we are always on hand to help track orders and communicate with the courier company and welcome any customer to contact us if they have any questions regarding their order or delivery.
