The factory that makes your real wood blinds is currently closed, which we've tried to make as clear as possible on the product pages affected, and as explained in our courtesy calls. This means that your order is in the queue and will be made as soon as possible once the factory reopens. Whilst we do our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible regarding their queries, the double bank holiday led to a slight delay in coming back to you. The price you paid for your blind covers the cost of making the blind to your measurements with a team of dedicated experts. The materials we use on your blind are incredibly robust, which is why we can confidently give you a 3-year warranty (it'll last for much, much, much longer than that). So whilst our blinds are more expensive than those readymade cut-to-size options you can get from your DIY shop, you're getting a top-quality product that is built to last.
