Hi Sarah, thank you for your review and for letting us know about the delay in our sample ordering process. We're aware of delays which are due to some fabrics being out of stock which delays the process, as well as delivery via Royal Mail being a little slower than usual. We've reviewed how we manage stock and our customer's expectations if levels are low. Thank you for your feedback and I apologise the fittings didn't come with your blind. This looks to be human error from the factory, and we're looking into ensuring this doesn't happen again.
