I have revisited the mechanism and found I was turning the dial the wrong. The blind is now holding perfectly. I still think there should be instructions for these new twist blinds.

I stated EVERY blind was damaged and I sent an image of the one where the worst damage on the fabric was located. I should not have to spend my time evidencing for you. Your answer was just take photos of each blind in a separate email so I can sent to someone else. I spent nearly £7,000 on these blinds and it’s clear they are of terrible quality and damaged. Getting new ones is useless to us because we have no evidence that the quality will be any better. Me spending my time showing damage when it’s not my fault and my time is valuable is not going to correct the issues. Poorly wrapped and treated for transport. Sharpies to cover issues from the factory. Awful, awful company. We will never use again, of course, and warn all others to stay clear!
