For a start deliver deliver to me my right size blinds. I was told last Thursday be your customer service that my blinds would be given priority and would be delivered in a couple of days

Hi there, I understand the issue has been put down to human error, for which we have apologised and have rectified as quickly as possible. We said it would be 3-5 working days to get the new blinds remade and sent to you, however this review was posted after 1 working day. We're doing our best to get this resolved and we apologise for the issue, however, we would implore customers to appreciate that the manufacturing process can take a bit of time due to their handmade, bespoke nature.
