Our lead time for your blind is up to 20 working days, as quoted on the product page and order confirmation email and I understand your order arrived within this time. A 10mm deduction is made to the drop measurements for recess fit roman blinds to ensure the bottom of the blind doesn't rest on top of the window sill, and it is stated on our website in multiple places that if you wish for it to touch the window sill to add 10mm to the drop measurement. We regularly check our prices to ensure we're competitive, and with the made to measure nature of the blinds that we sell, there will be a price difference compared to the readymade, cheaper options. However, the quality of our blinds will mean that they will last significantly longer and will fit a lot more comfortably within your home, meaning in the long run, you won't be replacing them for a long time!
