Hi Lee, thank you for your feedback. This issue has been resolved now, and the initial delay was due to the courier network experience a backlog over the Christmas period, which was out of our hands and we notified you immediately of this delay. The delay was compounded by the incorrect address being listed on the shipping information at the time of ordering, which caused a further delay with the courier when they came to deliver it. As soon as we were made aware of this we found the problem and resolved it with the courier. Kind regards, Joe | Online Team
