Would not use again

Once receive sale paperwork sent out wrong, not corrected, think they forgot they were working for the seller not the buyer!!!

Unproffessional. Did not communacate well. Did not tell us we needed an EPC so sale was held up. Wrong name on contract

Do not use this estate estate unless you want to be ripped off and have nothing but stress and hassle. Terrible service. Have warned other people to steer clear of these money grabbing liars
