Thank you for your feedback, Im sorry that you didnt understand that there were a pair of straps, clearly the line in the description" Easy to fit and adjust with clear instructions, each set contains 2 straps and 2 extending spacers" wasnt clear enough so we have tekane onboard your feedback and emphasised there are 2 straps in a set of straps! Im sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review when contacting us directly would have been the easy route to resolve this and get refunded on 1 pair of straps instead of slating a business without giving us a chance to rectify the issue.
