Very poor communication. No feedback when information is needed
Feedback to clients very poor and everything you phone you speak to different people and you have to repeat yourself a number of times

It's the little things that matter!
1. Did not appreciate working through a " broker " & being charged R 90 broker fee.
An admin fee would have been more acceptable. The broker I dealt with was professional.
