We do our very best to provide personalised and tailor made holidays, with our specialist travel advisors on hand to organise the perfect holiday ideally suited to everyone's individual needs. We didn't want to appear impersonal by sending your documents by email - we made a decision a while back that in line with our sustainability policy, we would save paper and not print our documents. That said, if for any reason our customers would like us to send printed documents, they just need to ask. I'm sorry if this wasn't something you were aware of.
