Dear customer, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We are not sure of why you may have thought that the order has not gone through as the email you have sent us is a reply of your confirmation of the order. The email querying the dispatch of the order has been responded to as early as possible. Your order has been dispatched in the second working day from the order being placed. It is slightly disappointed that you have not tried to contact us regarding any of the issues found with the ripped box and the mark found on the frame. In both our reply email and our dispatch email we do advise that if there is any damage to the integrity of the packaging to ask the delivery driver to mark the parcel as damaged. This does help us with any future claims with our courier regarding the integrity of the content/bike delivered. Our best regards
