Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback and I'm sorry for any confusion you experienced with the pictures. It transpires that although most of the pictures of the accommodation were correct, a few erroneous pictures were also being included - this appears to be an error in the information we were supplied with - so I am very glad that you pointed it out.
The majority of the pictures you saw were for the correct accommodation, which is finished to a higher standard than the accommodation in the extra pictures. I understand from Abbey that she clarified the situation with you as soon as you brought it to our attention and that you were happy to continue with the holiday you had booked.
