The booking process was simple and easily navigable. Only problem, from your point of view, I didn't even realise with whom I was booking! Or maybe that's what you intend...?

Lack of clarity in prices and identity. No reminders during process.

It is not clear until late on in the process how much the overall bill will be. It is not clear that one is dealing with a secondary company from the airline.

I had trouble paying but you Service Manager phoned to say the fault was at your end. We booked the flights there and then. Felt confident all had gone well.
