Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately all the airlines these days seem to stick by the rules, however unfair that seems.I know Sara made every possible effort to persuade easyJet to be more generous, spending over an hour on the phone to them and passing on the partial refund before we received it. I hope that, despite your disappointment, you're satisfied we did all we possibly could. Tony, Customer Services

I agree Sarah did everything she could and more. She was very kind and considered in the circumstances and is an excellent representative of DF. However, that doesn't excuse Easyjet and their commercial behaviour. Because a legal case is not worth it, I nevertheless suspect the outcome from one would not be favourable to anyone exercising such commercial practices. I will use DF in the future. The excellent below is for Sarah/DF and nothing else
