Web page was easy to use, a little surprised at the booking fee but happy to pay it. What i wasn't happy about was the charge of £75.00 for a suitcase!!! This nearly doubled my ticket price!!!!!

Directline services were fine, Ryanair flight a disaster sar on Stansted tarmac for 2 hours before take off
