Hi, I am sorry to hear that the pre-order disrupting your plans, unfortunately I think there's been a mix-up in the information told about the returns. In this case, we will honor the collection date, rather than purchase date, to ensure you have enough time for fitting. We have discussed this over the phone and come to a solution this morning. Hi Gary, as our stock online is not live, our team will call as soon as possible to advise of any delays in delivery. Because of this, no one could have assured you of a 3-5 working day delivery. We have a certain few products (out of a selection of 100+ flooring's only 3/4 of the most popular have a slight wait!), that normally have a wait list of around 2/3 weeks. The stock normally arrives much sooner than this, and our estimation is always 'worst case scenario' to allow you to plan accordingly. When stock does arrive into us, it is dispatch ASAP -normally the same working day/ the following working day (depending on timing and amount of orders), as your delivery address requires shipment via 'Hebrides Haulage', delivery would have been a following 2-3 days after dispatch. Regardless of this, you were unhappy to wait, of which we honored and issued a full refund within an hour of you placing the order.

Hi, unfortunately the order you placed, was one of our most popular floors, which had a slight delay coming over from the manufacturers in Germany! The manufacturers are struggling to keep up with our customers' demand, and so a select few floors are on a wait list. Your order for Trend Oak Grey was on a 2/3 week delay at the time of purchase (11th February) and arrived with us 2 weeks later, and was on the first truck to Aberdeen (Wednesday the 3rd of March, our shops each get a delivery once per week, and Aberdeen is every Wednesday). The order was then collected the very same day. We hope you love your new flooring, regardless of the slight delay, and we are grateful for your feedback.
