While we always aim to provide the best possible shipping experience, we’re not able to guarantee which carrier will handle the final delivery in France, as this is determined by the local network once the parcel enters the country. In this case, your order was initially sent with FedEx and then passed to Colis Privé for final delivery. According to the tracking information, your parcel was successfully delivered on 23 October.
