The operator was patient,empathetic and didn't make me feel like I was burdening him. He gave good advice and encouraged som options I didn't know wad available to me.

How it should be done
Polite protfesional, friendly and undersfanding. Everyone is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Quick response times to queries and couldnt recommend them enough
