Sorry to hear that you are struggling to operate the hill hold function. This will work and we will send over a video to you demonstrating the operation of this function. As for the horn function, this is only available when the horn needs to be removed from the steering wheel to allow for installation of the ring accelerator. On your vehicle the horn function will be operated on the steering wheel as standard. For private installations we do not advertise this product in the same way to avoid this confusion, but through the Motability Scheme we do not have control over the naming of adaptations.
