Ordered a grand mirror which unfortunately had a crack in the frame. They took the faulty one away and replaced with a new one immediately. Very prompt and efficient.

Thank you for sharing those fabulous photographs! Yes, I can see your point with regards to the colour - we describe it as "bronze" but our images do show it looking somewhat silvery - mainly due to the "shine" on the surface. Its a great challenge getting the image to look true to life - thank you for pointing this out, we'll schedule the mirror for a photo update!
