As of October 2014, we at Rock Insurance are the travel insurance broker for Debenhams Travel Insurance and all policies are now provided by us.
I apologise that you were unable to be credited an amount on your credit card however, your policy qualified for a free £10 Debenhams Gift Card which will have been sent to you via email within sixty working days from the date you made your purchase.
I apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
