Good Morning, Firstly I'm sorry your experience with us did not live up to your expectations. When we receive reviews such as yours we will always seek to establish what went wrong and how we can change to improve processes. I have spoken with the person who served you on the day and he advised you acknowledged the vehicle needed to be refuelled on its return, which we said we could do, or you could. You elected to refuel it yourself, afterwards advising it was 14 litres, which would be approximately £25.00. I'm sure you will appreciate it is the customers responsibility to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was received. Kind Regards Andrew Elkin General Manager Day's Rental
