Dear Sir, It is always unfortunate when a vehicle is damaged whilst on hire to the customer and while we understand that this occurred without your knowledge, the cost of repair is attributable to the hirer. Thankfully you chose to take out our excess damage waiver option, which limited the repair charge to you, to only 10% of the actual amount, so £200.00. We hope this unfortunate experience will not deter you from hiring from us again.

Thank you for the 5* review! The branch will be thrilled with the feedback. Your recommendation is very much appreciated.
