,many thanks for your feedback. I will look into why there was a delay and we hope to improve our efficiency. We have had a new IT system installed so there has been some teething problems

service excellent, and friendly. will use again and have recommended.
if this continues to be a problem, just call the office and speak to Rob/Jim or Leo and we will see if we can get the washer checked under warranty. many thanks for your review

Appliance arrived later than expected, but did come on the right day and the delivery men were lovely. This is a great local firm and I will be using them again for sure.
