Fantastic service i thought, delivery driver VERY accommodating, took old appliance away without any fuss, unpacked appliance and placed in area we rewuested.
Delivery was excellent. With some retailers we have experienced problems with drivers not bothering to deliver and stating that we were out - later this was admitted.

Just wish it wouldn't come with all the rubbish the maker's always install. Never know what to remove. You just get a list explaining it all and what you can remove it relevant.
Missed my delivery window. Did not try hard enough to ensure delivery. Terrible communication. Unprofessional at best. Have lodged a number of complaints about the delivery experience.
