Drain valve missing, Replacement ordered, then told later it was out of stock. Now waiting more than 3 weeks for my refund Very poor service

Very slow Click and Collect service.. Not enough staff to handle a queue at the checkout.

currys has a showroom which is always handy to view future purchases. this is exactly what i did before purchasing this unit.

Phone customer service was diabolical as couldn’t get through to anyone and when the lovely James from the Orpington store managed to speak to them the phone customer service woman was very unhelpful...

We like Currys as they don@t force a decision, they just give good, and honest, advice.

No problems - all straight forward and easy.

As always my local curry’s gave excellent service. Straight in assistant waiting to serve me fetch my item paid and out all within a few minutes
