Not happy at receiving damaged items and it doesn't look like you offer a free returns service...I would also add that there didn't appear to be enough protective packaging surrounding the items in...

Thank you for your comments. If an item is damaged or faulty on receipt of the return we will refund the postage cost you paid to send the item back. I have raised the packing issue with our Warehouse Manager who will look into this matter, and we will send a replacement on when the goods are returned. Kind Regards Andrew Customer Services

This should have arrived in a box and I have notified our Warehouse Manager to investigate further.
