I am sorry to hear that you feel the item was not as you expected as we do always try to ensure our catalogue images and description are as close to life as possible. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns on our orders however we will always offer to refund any returns postage if we have made some sort of mistake. We regret any collections we arrange through an external courier will incur a collection charge of approximately £10.00. This is a smaller proportion of the amount we actually pay the courier for this service and we would like to assure you that we do not make any profit whatsoever from this.
