Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately our cards to not come in a box but a protective polythene bag to keep the cards in the best possible condition, however this is not a food bag. I can confirm that we have received your return and a refund was requested on the 22/11/11 and this will show back in your account in the next 5 days. Kind Regards Andrew Customer Services
