My parcel arrived in good time. I ordered two packs. Unfortunately one mug in one of the packs was broken so I returned it and a replacement arrived the next week. A very good service.

The Guell Bowl was smashed to pieces with totally inadequate protection. I'm still awaiting the replacement. No matter the basic quality of the goods, this is really unacceptable.
