We have seen a fair number of delays and during this season so I’m very sorry that you haven’t received the vouchers yet. The tracking information shows that they have been handed over to USPS and so the really ought to be arriving very shortly. We’re getting through a bit of a backlog that this busy period has generated and I’d be grateful if you would accept my apologies in this regard too as we would never deliberately ignore customer contact. Many thanks for your patience.
