they use DPD which they provide a great service can't fault it.

first time I calibrated and was not satisfied with the procss
got my analyser back 3 days late. It went back and forth from DPD and crowcon.
Wrong address was the issue.

Sorry to hear the process did not work smoothly for you. Although the unit was turned around within 24 hours here, I can see that there was a couple of days delay in the parcel arriving with us. We will take this up with DPD to prevent this happening again
