Booking my Anton flue gas analyser for it's 6 year service and calibration was quick and straight forward. After service, a very quick return time by courier.

I received 2 invoices (NOT receipts) after all transactions had been completed including payment at date of order, surely you should send a receipted invoice on completion?. DPD failed to deliver...

Sent my analyser, probe and printer in for service, all of them were serviced for a single fee. The lead time was excellent.

Claimed a 2-day service turnaround but took 4 days. Link supplied to generate postage label didn't work. However staff was helpful in generating this for me.

Quick and easy to send back for recallibration.

Bought a new analyser after a flash sale, so very happy with the price as I needed a new analyser. It's a quality bit of kit and was delivered very quickly.

Sent off my Anton sprint on a Tuesday and had it back Friday. No problems. Quick delivery. Item returned well packaged and hood to go for another year. Thanks
