Thank you for taking time to review our service and I am so sorry that you have felt we have only offered a 2 star service. I have looked into the issues surrounding your policy. It does appear that you made a bank transfer for payment on 11.8.23 but I cannot see anything to suggest that we were advised that you had made payment, I am sorry if this was the case. As it appears we were not aware of the payment being made (again, apologies if this was not the case) we had not alerted our accounts department to locate the payment to your account.
