I have taken a look at your file as did not leave any comments and can confirm: We offered you your renewal premium on 19.4.24 via email, and sent you reminders on 1.5.24 & 9.5.24. You contacted us on 14.5.24 advising you did not want to pay our broker fee, and we advised you that were were unable to remove the fee due to our fee structure and the low premium of your policy, despite this, on 15.5.24 you did decide to renew the policy with us. Whilst we always appreciate feedback, good and bad, in this case we do feel that a 1 star rating is unjustified.
