Very happy with Cover More travel insurance. I had to make a claim, which was dealt with promptly and received my payment in a very short period of time.

Not good.
The whole process took way too long to sort out. The claims form wouldn't down load properly, then had issues sending it, then it took too long for them to ask for more info, then too long to rufund...
