re assessment of previous and past medical conditions slow. suggest that any previous conditions bu itemised and then add any new information

Great service, Easy claim process
We unfortunately had to make a claim due to a lost/stolen passport and the process was very easy. Everything was managed online and customer service was great with a 24 hr line for emergencies.
