I have been trying to cancel my policy as I will not be going on the holiday. No reply from Covermore. Quick to take my money but not responding when I need to cancel.

I was just disappointed that pandemics weren’t covered. It wasn’t like I knew there would be one. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t use the insurance for help with flight cancellation

Absolutely disgraceful. Have attempted repeatedly to telephone Covermore to cancel my policy but just couldn't get through. I sent an email some 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for a response....

glad to get a refund (but a lot of time and paperwork for a very small claim)...appreciated (after some transfers) speaking with someone who suggested how to sort out the issue, which didn't fit car...
