When I put a claim in for a lost camera, to get a refund of $113 & $250 excess for a $1500 item was ridiculous to say the least. 76% depreciation was ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience. We do have to factor in depreciation into claims for items as with all insurers.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the medical investigation. Unfortunately we do have to be very thorough with medical claims to ensure all information is present and accurate.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do have limits on amounts we can payout for valuable items if they're not listed separately on the policy, and we do have to take into account depreciation.
