made a small claim on previous policy, claim was processed in 2 days, was so impressed purchased multi trip policy this time, first trip without issue no need to claim

Appalling
I put in a claim for my damaged phone and got one third of the value of it which is unacceptable. I will never buy cover more insurance again after this policy runs out.

Efficient processing of cover and claims
Simple quote and purchase process was convenient for last minute travel plans. Claims process was responsive and sympathetic to my needs. I am completely happy with Cover-More Travel Insurance.

Love the GP service
GP service was amazing, advised me to see the doctor locally which I wasn't planning on doing at the time however turned out I needed 3 bags of IV
