Service is rated zero. Why would you want a critique of service when you have provided nil response to query related to insurance related to current virus?

I always get my insurance through cover more. Usually 2x year. This time when I had to cancel my flight because of the corona virus I got the full refund. Thanking you.

The online and over the phone process was quick and easy and cover more offers everything I need in travel insurance. I usually use cover more.
