We are still waiting to hear back in regards to our claim - after an email on Feb 8 to say they received our claim and would respond in 10 days.

Far too much running around getting proof. Surely you could have relied on Travel agent to support my claim. Why did I have to give you my bank details when I had the receipt. And originals no less....
