Very quick response to and settlement of claim.
Very quick and courteous response to claim. Convenient online claim submission but the claim website could be better.

There is nothing that I could add to that as the claim I had just went through smoothly and the money was paid promptly into my account.

I was helped quickly and efficiently when processing a claim.
They did not take into account my situation and what they assessed my claim for was well under what it should have been.
