Luggage coverage completely inadequate. I had a bag worth over $2000 that was destroyed and received less than $400. I will not be renewing.

Great service. My wife injured her back and had to see the doctor on board the cruise liner. I paid the bill. Once home, I completed online claim and it was paid within the week.

Easy to transact the purchase. The website to lodge the claim for lost baggage was reasonably easy to navigate. The claims department were quite reasonable on documentation required.
