Excellent Service We have used covermore Insurance for all of our overseas travel for the past at least 5 or 6 years

Three weeks to respond post the submission of a claim to then quote policy not answer our enquiry. Claim was due to the cancellation of a flight as it was under booked, not due to COVID-19.

terrible, still waiting for any kind of reply from 3 emails sent months ago. waited on hold well over an hour several times. Had two separate policies with covermore and they didn't cover anything....

I have emailed multiple times over the last 4wks and get told we will contact you in the next 2 working days. Still heard nothing.

I've always used covermore. On a recent cruise I didn't receive cover for a cancelled port where other people I know have on their travel insurance. I will be using other travel insurance providers...

Completely useless in the COVID-19 environment.. waste of money as we were not then covered . Trying to call the call centre was impossible. Emails customer service several times back in early March...

I used online chat and found the communication met all my requirements. My problem was resolved on the spot.
